The northern mountainous coast of Costa Rica is lined with new resorts with generous apartment houses.  In a volcanic wild landscape with a view of the Pacific Ocean our studio designed a pair of apartment terrace houses. In a rocky natural landscape, the role of the architect is mainly to incorporate houses so that they grow into the landscape and do not disturb its natural harmony. It was necessary to create enough shaded nooks with good sea views for the future users of the apartment houses. Cultivated landscaping and a swimming pool with a sinkhole finish the work of the architect and create an imaginary "paradise on earth" for a family holiday in an international standard.
